Every athlete in TAG Performance moves through the same backbone: evaluate, build, train, refine. The details change based on age, sport and goals — the standard does not.

01 / EVALUATE

  • Movement screen: how you sprint, land, cut and change direction.
  • Speed & power testing: acceleration, top speed, jumps.
  • Strength & capacity snapshot: where you are right now.
  • Context: sport, position, training history and goals.

02 / BUILD YOUR PLAN

  • We place you in the right training group & phase.
  • We build around your calendar: club, school, tournaments.
  • Blocks usually run 4–8 weeks with a clear focus.

FOUNDATION (APPROX. 10–13)
